To reserve your spot, we kindly ask for a deposit of 50% of the total value. The remainder will be paid 15 days before the retreat. You will receive a reminder email a few days before the second payment is due.
Please send us an email to [email protected] if you’d like to reserve your spot and we’ll send you through the details.
If cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to retreat begin, we refund 100% of the full amount minus the booking and management fee of 150€ which can be used as a credit for another retreat at any time in the future. If cancelled any time after this we will unfortunately need to retain 50% of the overall retreat value, as expenses will have occurred.
If for any reason we need to cancel the trip on our side you will of course receive 100% refund. We do not cover any expenses occured outside of the retreat price.
We will refund 100% of your booking fee if you have any COVID-19 related health problems or are subject to any government induced COVID-19 related travel restrictions.
